Resultados de la encuesta. Los gravámenes arancelarios adicionales resultantes de la encuesta, obtenidos de conformidad con el artículo 10 del presente Decreto, serán confirmados y certificados por el Consejo Nacional de Política Aduanera. El Consejo, mediante resolución, informará dichos resultados dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha de cierre de la respectiva encuesta.
