El Gobierno Nacional podrá resolver, previo concepto del Consejo de Estado, las dudas, dificultades y vacíos que se presenten en la aplicación de la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para proveer todas las omisiones que se presenten en desarrollo de la presente Ley, a fin de hacer posible el normal funcionamiento del Departamento del Quindío.
