Articulo 2º El Comité que se crea por el presente Decreto estará conformado así

a)

El Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia de la República;

b)

El Asistente del Contralor General de la República;

c)

El Secretario de Administración Pública de la Presidencia de la República;

d)

El Secretario General del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

e)

El Director de la Escuela Superior de la Administración Pública -ESAP-, y

f)

Cuatro asesores de reconocida experiencia en materias, administrativas, seleccionados por el Consejo Directivo del comité,
