° La parte administrativa estará a cargo de un Ecónomo Habilitado, quien será responsable del manejo de los fondos del Instituto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones fiscales. Tendrá un Secretario General encargado de la estadística, un Portero; un Ascensorista Ayudante del Portero, el Capellán y el número de Hermanas de la Caridad, el personal de servicio que juzgue necesario el Director del Instituto de acuerdo con el Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Medicina.
