A partir del 1º de enero de 1997, la remuneración mensual del Director Nacional de Administración Judicial por concepto de asignación básica será la suma de setecientos veintitrés mil ciento cuarenta y siete pesos ($723.147) moneda corriente, y por concepto de gastos de representación un millón doscientos ochenta y cinco mil quinientos noventa y tres pesos ($1.285.593) moneda corriente.
