º . Funciones del Superintendente de Valores. Las funciones que por el presente Decreto se delegan en los Superintendentes Delegados de la Superintendencia de Valores podrán ser ejercidas en cualquier tiempo por el Superintendente de Valores, evento en el cual el correspondiente Superintendente Delegado no podrá ejercer la respectiva función. Igualmente, lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores se entiende sin perjuicio de la facultad conferida al Superintendente de Valores por el ordinal d) del artículo 4.3.1.4. del Estatuto Orgánico del Mercado Público de Valores.
