Créase el Comité directivo como la instancia encargada de asegurar una visión integral y armónica en el desempeño de las áreas estratégicas, misionales, de apoyo y de evaluación de la Fiscalía General. La conformación y funciones del Comité son determinadas por el Fiscal General, mediante resolución interna. El Comité debe adoptar su propio reglamento.
