Artículo único. Créase el cargo de Visitador General de Agrónomos Regionales, Estaciones Experimentales, Granjas Agrícolas departamentales y municipales, Sociedades de Agricultores y Estaciones Meteorológicas en todo el territorio de la República, y para desempañarlo, ad honórem, nombrase al señor doctor Antonio Miranda, Perito Agrónomo de la Comisión de Cultura Aldeana, dependiente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
