El Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, de acuerdo con las normas que para el efecto expida el Ministerio de Salud, señalará las drogas y medicamentos de que trata la presente Ley que pueden importarse, producirse y formularse en el país, y los laboratorios farmacéuticos que las elaboren o produzcan de las plantas, de conformidad con las disposiciones del presente estatuto.
