º . Cuando fallezca un empleado del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la entidad pagará con cargo a su respectivo presupuesto, los gastos funerarios correspondientes por un monto equivalente al salario mínimo legal vigente en el momento del fallecimiento. El pago se efectuará mediante la presentación de los comprobantes respectivos debidamente autenticados, a la persona que demuestre haber sufragado los gastos.
