º. El artículo 3º del Decreto 546 de 1967 quedará así: Artículo 3º. Para que los establecimientos de Educación Básica Secundaria y Media Vocacional puedan proporcionar Instrucción Militar, deben obtener Licencia del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional para adoptar y sujetarse a la organización de tipo castrense y al proceso de legalización de estudios por parte de la respectiva Secretaría de Educación.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional podrá conceder o negar la mencionada licencia en forma discrecional.
