Autorízase al Departamento Nacional de Higiene para que de acuerdo con dos profesionales de la Escuela de Farmacia y dos delegados de la Federación Farmacéutica Colombiana, reglamente y clasifique los laboratorios en donde se elaboren productos oficinales o especialidades farmacéuticas y determinen cuáles deben estar dirigidos por médicos especialistas o farmacéuticos titulados y cuáles nó.
