Los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías de que trata el artículo 154 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, se rigen por las normas de los Fondos de Desarrollo Regional y del 60% del Fondo de Compensación Regional en lo relacionado con los temas presupuestales, de giro y de rendimientos financieros.
