Artículo sesenta y ocho. Todo funcionario judicial o del Ministerio Público debe residir en el lugar donde desempeña sus funciones, salvo permiso del superior. Este permiso podrá revocarse en cualquier tiempo de oficio o a solicitud de parte. a violación de este artículo es causal de mala conducta que ocasiona la pérdida del empleo.
