Los aumentos en el sueldo básico mensual y los gastos de representación señalados en este Decreto, tienen vigencia a partir del primero de enero de 1979. De la misma manera, rigen a partir del primero (1.°) de enero de mil novecientos setenta y nueve (1979), el subsidio de alimentación y la bonificación por servicios prestados.
