ARTICULO 17. Del Consejo Coordinador de Cinematografía. El Consejo Coordinador de Cinematografía estará integrado por: El Ministro de Comunicaciones o su delegado, quien lo presidirá; El Ministro de Desarrollo económico, o su delegado, y Un representante del Consejo Nacional de Política Aduanera;

Parágrafo 1

A las sesiones del Consejo Coordinador de Cinematografía podrán asistir por invitación especial que formule uno cualquiera de sus miembros, las personas que por sus conocimientos en el campo de la cinematografía puedan adoptar elementos de juicio sobre los asuntos que se vayan a tratar.

Parágrafo 2

El Consejo Coordinador de Cinematografía tendrá una Secretaría Ejecutiva que será desempeñada por el Jefe de la División de Medios Audiovisuales y Publicidad del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
