La cuenta de Anticipaciones se debitará con todos los gastos que se hagan ántes de recibir las respectivas órdenes de pago, incluyendo los intereses que se liquiden al amortizar documentos de deuda flotante i billetes de Tesorería; i se acreditará con el monto de aquellas órdenes luego que sean recibidas.
