Para facilitar la liquidación de los nuevas gravámenes sobre aquellas mercancías que estén amparadas con registros de importación aprobados con anterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto, los importadores deberán adaptar la declaración de la posición arancelaria correspondiente en el manifiesto de importación a la nomenclatura prevista en el presente Decreto.
