Destino De La Leche Producida En Hatos De Primera Categoría

Destino de la leche producida en hatos de primera categoría . La leche entera cruda producida en los hatos de primera categoría, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto, podrán destinarse

Para consumo humano directo;

A los establecimientos a que se refiere el presente decreto

Parágrafo

La leche producida y enfriada en los hatos de primera categoría sin el lleno de los requisitos establecidos para dicho producto, deberá tener igual destinación que la leche entera cruda proveniente de hatos de segunda categoría.
