Art. 2° . El Alcalde municipal de honda (Departamento del Tolima), como empleado administrativo residente en la cabecera del Circulo de Notaria y Registro del mismo nombre concederá el permiso escrito para el registro de que trata el artículo 1.° del Decreto número 1265, |de 11 de noviembre último (Diario Oficial número 11,586); facultad que ejercerá preventivamente el referido Alcalde y Jefe Civil y Militar de la Provincia de Norte del expresado Departamento.
