Condonase al señor José Antonio Escandón, ex-Administrador Principal de Correos de Bucaramanga, la cantidad de trescientos cuarenta y siete pesos con cuarenta y cuatro centavos ($347,44) que se le elevaron a alcance liquido por medio del auto de fenecimiento número 97, y al señor Julio Jaramillo M., Cajero de la Administración de Correos de Medellín, la suma de mil pesos ($ 1,000) que le fueron robados el 27 de abril del presente año.
