Serán competentes para tramitar las audiencias de conciliación los Inspectores de Trabajo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, y en su defecto, la primera autoridad política del lugar en donde se haya prestado el servicio, o del domicilio de la persona a la que va dirigida la citación, a elección del reclamante. Una vez iniciado el proceso será competente del juez de conocimiento.
