Ley 72 de 1917 · Que reforma y adiciona las Leyes 71 de 1915 y 80 de 1916, sobre pensiones y recompensas

La revisión de que trata el artículo anterior y el artículo 2° de la Ley 80 de 1916 , versará:

1° Sobre la estricta aplicación o interpretación de las disposiciones legales sobre la materia.

2° Sobre la veracidad y autenticidad de las pruebas que sirvieron para decretar la pensión.

3° Sobre la situación pecuniaria del agraciado, de acuerdo con lo que esta Ley dispone.

4° Sobre si la invalidez del militar, si fuere el caso, le impida trabajar, o ganarse la vida al agraciado.

5° Sobre la buena conducta que notoriamente haya observado u observe el pensionado antes o después de recibir la merced concedida.
