ARTICULO 7 º . Diplomáticos en tránsito. Los diplomáticos en tránsito que acrediten su condición, no estarán sujetos a la revisión y aforo de sus equipajes. En caso de existir una denuncia sobre el contenido de ellos podrá efectuarse una revisión selectiva.

Decreto 2148 de 1991 · por el cual se establecen las normas aplicables a la importación de vehículos automóviles, equipajes y menajes que realicen las embajadas o sedes oficiales, los Agentes diplomáticos, consulares y de organismos internacionales acreditados en el país y los funcionarios colombianos que regresen al término de su misión.
