La prima o bonificación de Navidad, correspondiente a las asignaciones cuyo valor se atiende con partidas globales del Presupuesto de gastos, podrá pagarse por los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en el caso de que hubiere saldo suficiente para ello.
