De la partida votada en el artículo 248, Capítulo 45, de la Ley de Apropiaciones vigente, destínanse las cantidades que a continuación se expresan, para auxiliar los restaurantes escolares de las siguientes entidades:

Parágrafo

El auxilio para los restaurantes de la Escuela Industrial, se girará al señor Síndico de la Universidad Nacional, quien comprobará su inversión ante el Auditor Fiscal de la misma entidad.
