Los establecimientos educativos que incumplan lo previsto en los artículos 11 y 12 de la presente Ley, incurrirán en multa en cuantía de diez (10) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que, para los establecimientos de educación post-secundaria, establece el artículo 184 del Decreto- ley 80 de 1980.
