Si hubiere igualdad de fechas en los despachos o Nombramientos de Varios Oficiales de un mismo grado, se tendrá en cuenta para establecer la Antigüedad, las fechas de los nombramientos o despachos que acrediten el Grado anterior; y si se trata de los Subtenientes graduados en la Escuela Militar, el orden de colocación según calificaciones.
