Establecer Un Contingente Anual De Importación De 750 Unidades Con Gravamen Arancelario Del Cinco Por Ciento (5%), Para La Importación De Vehículos Híbridos Enchufables Con Cilindraje Inferior O Igual A 3

°. Establecer un contingente anual de importación de 750 unidades con gravamen arancelario del cinco por ciento (5%), para la importación de vehículos híbridos enchufables con cilindraje inferior o igual a 3.000 centímetros cúbicos, clasificables por las subpartidas arancelarias 8702.90.91.50, 8704.90.00.12 y 8703.90.00.30.

Parágrafo

Para poder acceder al gravamen arancelario de cinco por ciento (5%) la suma del vehículo y el sistema de carga domiciliaria del que trata el artículo 4°, no podrá superar el valor de $US52.000 FOB. Lo anterior aplica para todos los vehículos de los que trata este artículo.
