La operación de las naves y artefactos navales con· matrícula provisional o definitiva se limitará al servicio que puedan prestar de acuerdo a sus condiciones técnicas y de seguridad, así como a los requerimientos legales o reglamentarios que se exijan para la actividad que pretendan desarrollar.
