Articulación con los Centros de Encuentro y Reconstrucción del Tejido Social. Las acciones de articulación de los componentes del Programa de Atención Psicosocial y Salud Integral a Víctimas se desarrollan en los Centros de Encuentro y Reconstrucción del Tejido Social, en los lugares donde estos operen. Así mismo, los Centros de Reconciliación podrán articularse con ofertas y programas estatales regionales que cumplan con un cometido similar.
