Ambas partes o una de ellas, o el juez, según el caso, comunicarán a los árbitros la designación por el medio que consideren más expedito y eficaz, para que en el término de cinco (5) días se pronuncien. Si alguno de los árbitros no acepta o guarda silencio, se procederá a su reemplazo por quien lo hubiese designado.
