ARTICULO 45. Cuando una o varias empresas o sociedades comerciales administradoras y operadoras dejaren de servir área de operación, rutas, sistemas o subsistemas de transporte o los cambiaren la autoridad municipal revocará el permiso y procederá a concederlo a otras empresas o sociedades que lo soliciten y reúnan los requisitos de ley.
