Del Control Fiscal Concomitante Y Preventivo

Decreto 403 de 2020 · por el cual se dictan normas para la correcta implementación del Acto Legislativo 04 de 2019 y el fortalecimiento del control fiscal.

Del control fiscal concomitante y preventivo . El ejercicio del control fiscal concomitante y preventivo se manifestará mediante la emisión de una advertencia sobre el evento o riesgo identificado, con sustento en los ejercicios de vigilancia y seguimiento permanente al recurso público. Cuando el evento o riesgo impacte a más de una entidad u objeto de control, podrá emitirse una advertencia general.

Parágrafo

La facultad de advertir estará en cabeza del Contralor General de la República de manera exclusiva, la cual no podrá delegarse.
