Hasta tanto la Nación construya un edificio amplio para la admisión de todo el personal aspirante al Instituto Técnico Superior de la ciudad de Pereira, el Ministerio de Educación toma en arrendamiento un edificio para darle cabida a todo el personal de alumnos que quiera ingresar al mencionado Instituto.
