Autorización. Se requerirá autorización del Consejo Directivo para la contratación directa prevista en las causales contenidas en los literales b), d), f), e i) del numeral 3 del artículo 2.13.1.2 del presente decreto, en aquellos casos en que la cuantía del futuro contrato, supere los 20.000 smlmv.

Artículo 2.13.1.4. Autorización. Se requerirá autorización del Consejo Directivo para la contratación directa prevista en las causales contenidas en los literales d), f), e) e i) del numeral 3 del artículo 2.13.1.2 del presente título, en aquellos casos en que la cuantía del futuro contrato supere los 20.000 smlmv.
