En el caso de superposición parcial de las zonas a que se refieren dos o más propuestas, pero en forma tal que las propuestas que no hubieren sido preferidas no alcancen a cubrir la mitad del área de la propuesta escogida, podrán adelantarse tales propuestas no preferidas en cuanto las superficies que ellas comprendan no cubran parte de alguna del área sobre que versa la negociación preferida.
