El porcentaje del valor de la cuota de compensación militar, fijado en el artículo 33 de la Ley 1º de 1945, se disminuirá del 50 al 30%.

Parágrafo

La administración, control y recaudo de la cuota de compensación militar estará a cargo del Ministerio de Defensa e ingresará a un fondo que se denominará "Fondo de Defensa Nacional", el cual se destinará al mejoramiento del servicio de reclutamiento y movilización, adquisición y mantenimiento de equipos y material de guerra y programas de vivienda de las Fuerzas Militares.
