Establézcase el presupuesto de ingresos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 1° de enero de 2019 al 31 de diciembre de 2020, en la suma de dieciocho billones quinientos sesenta y cuatro mil quinientos noventa y un millones quinientos veintinueve mil novecientos cincuenta y nueve pesos moneda legal ($18.564.591.529.959), según el siguiente detalle:
