Artículo segundo. La prima de antigüedad para los empleados públicos docentes de las instituciones oficiales de educación superior del orden nacional, que venían percibiéndola se incrementará en el quince por ciento (15%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje establecido resultaren centavos, se desecharán. En dicho reajuste se entienden involucrados los incrementos por año cumplido de servicios, ordenados para dicho personal en disposiciones anteriores a este decreto.
