Trabajadores de las Juntas de Calificación de Invalidez . Las personas que presten sus servicios en las Juntas de Calificación de Invalidez, si los hubiere, tienen la calidad de trabajadores particulares y como tales se rigen por las normas del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo. Corresponde a los miembros de la respectiva Junta el pago de los salarios y prestaciones sociales, quienes serán solidariamente responsables de su pago.
