Art. 210. Cuando los Contadores declaren ejecutoriado un auto de primera instancia y la Sala de Apelación el de segunda instancia, por no haberse interpuesto el recurso en el término prefijado, el responsable podrá ocurrir de hecho ante quien corresponda; y siempre que se expresen y se comprueben motivos fundados, según el artículo 441 del Código Judicial, que excusen la omisión, se concederá el recurso y se sustanciará y decidirá como está dispuesto, sin necesidad de otra actuación.
