Art. 3.º El Circuito Barbacoas en el Distrito judicial de Pasto, del Departamento del Cauca, se compondrá en lo sucesivo de los Municipios de Barbacoas, que será su cabecera, Magüi, San José y San Pablo; y el Circuito de Tumaco quedará compuesto de Municipios de Tumaco, que será en cabecera, Salahonda, Bocagrande, Iscuandé Mosquera.
