º Los Cónsules en Maracaibo y Burdeos prestaran una fianza de $ 2,400 en seguridad de su manejo, como responsable del erario, en los términos que prescribe el Código Fiscal; llevaran una cuenta de ingresos y egresos de fondos de acuerdo con lo que prescribe el Decreto número 77 de 1888, sobre contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional, y rendirán dicha cuenta mensualmente a la Oficina general del ramo, para que sea examinada y fenecida allí.
