SUBORDINACION POR EXIGENCIA. El que mediante actitudes violentas haga exigencias relacionadas con el servicio, incurrirá en prisión de dos (2) a seis (6) años. Si la eficiencia no se relacionare con el servicio, la pena se reducirá de una tercera parte a la mitad. CAPITULO II DE LA DESOBEDENCIA.
