Espacios marinos. De conformidad con los ordenamientos internacionales, los espacios marinos son el mar territorial, la zona contigua, la plataforma continental y la zona económica exclusiva. Unicamente para los efectos de este Código, tales espacios son los definidos en los artículos siguientes.
