Art. 16. Suprímese el Juzgado de lo civil del Circuito judicial de Honda. En este Circuito, que se compondrá de los Municipios de Honda, Santa Ana, Mariquita y Victoria, habrá un Juzgado para lo civil y lo criminal, que lo desempeñará el actual Juez 1º denominado de lo civil.
