El capital de la Empresa no puede ser disminuido. Su patrimonio se incrementará

a)

Con los bienes que adquiera durante su existencia;

b)

Con las utilidades que capitalice, y

c)

Con los aportes extraordinarios, en dinero o en especie, que obtenga del Gobierno, o con su previa autorización. CAPITULO TERCERO. Dirección y administración .
