Decreto 1000 de 1986 · Por el cual se dictan disposiciones sobre expedición de visas y control de extranjeros

Todo extranjero que ingrese al país con visa temporal u ordinaria en las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 34, del presente Decreto, salvo las excepciones establecidas, estará sujeto a la consignación de un depósito inmigratorio equivalente al valor del pasaje aéreo, clase económica, de regreso al país de origen o de última residencia más el 30% de su valor, de acuerdo con las tarifas fijadas para la I.A.T.A.

Parágrafo

El valor del depósito inmigratorio se deberá actualizar cada vez que el extranjero obtenga una nueva visa sujeta a tal deposito.
