Los Gabinetes y Oficinas de Identificación transcribirán textualmente en los informes de antecedentes que rindan a las autoridades, y en las certificaciones de conducta que expidan, todas las anotaciones y constancias de carácter judicial y policivo que le aparezcan en su prontuario o tarjeta dactilar a la persona a que se refiere el informe o certificación.
